Tigra (black) and Canelo (brown) are a bonded pair of chihuahuas looking for a forever home. They are 3 years old, pint-sized pups with big dog personalities. They came to the Santa Cruz County Animal Shelter rather fearful but have blossomed in their foster home.

They are in a foster home with three other small dogs and enjoy being around similarly sized dogs. They are expert snugglers and dole out kisses like it is their job. If you are looking for a hiking partner that you can carry, these two may be a fit! They love to go for walks and explore the world around them. Treats are certainly the way to their heart and help make training easy peasy!

Tigra and Canelo would do well in a home with children, similarly sized dogs, and cats.
